During the meeting, people’s deputies considered and supported the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re improvement of legislation in the sphere of prevention and counteraction to corruption (Reg. No. 2033), aiming at bringing Ukrainian legislation in line with the recommendations given to Ukraine as a result of the third round of evaluation by the Council of Europe’s Group of States against Corruption (GRECO).
The Committee supported also the bill on amendments to the Criminal and Criminal Procedural Codes of Ukraine re improvement of confiscation procedure (Reg. No. 1103).
People’s deputies recommended the Committee to unite the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re improvement of institutional system of personal data protection (Reg. No. 2282) with the draft law on amendments to several acts of Ukraine re improvement of provisions of system of personal data protection (Reg. No. 2282-1) and refer them for the repeated first hearing.
